Immortality
The tension I feel inside me
As she slowly melts her clothing away
Makes me obsess with temptation
Thus every move and breath you take
Is as painful as it is divine
For I must yet to hold thy in embrace
Yet this single moment,
This prelude to our first touch
Must be prolonged. Savoured
Alas, this bittersweet phenomenon shall not last long
For the space between us, has become foreign
Almost poisonous in nature
As we understand we cannot fight what we both want
Oh, all these uncontrollable sensations and emotions
Deny your mind all logical thought
Thoughts… that no longer matter
Except for our fantasy. Which is about to befall into reality
For you are looking straight at me now
Eyes staring into each other’s souls
Locked into a single lusting gaze
And then, finally, our first touch
Intensely sensual, searing in it disposition
…And as our breathing quickens…
My hand gently caresses your adorable face
Slowly down, towards your neck and lower still
I thirst to look at you when you then close your eyes
Your mind and body
Reacting unhesitatingly towards mine
–o–
Very soon we start loosing control of ourselves
Passion ever growing
All that matters is our pleasure
Such an intoxicating need!
A need, to be part of one another
As long as our bodies allows us to be
A sense of release teases us on the horizon
But it is still far enough away
For us to wish it not to come
Yet…
Our devotion is pure
And as reality slows down and blurs, leaving just you and I
Our bodies now seem like limited barriers
Striving to hold one single being apart
Suddenly. A sense of haste overwhelms us
Striking us down like a brilliant bolt of light
Then, like unstoppable tidal waves crashing against
An unsuspecting continent
And as the essence of our beings are still grasped tightly together
We somehow accept that pure ecstasy without the other
Is a fate worse than death
Time no longer means anything…
…And as the moisture tenderly evaporates from our exhausted, quieting shells
In each other’s embrace we share a moment of true immortality
Realizing then,
While still looking into each other’s spirit
That for us, it is never the end.
Merely the beginning,
Once more
